Report Email As Spam

If you have received an email that you believe to be SPAM, you can use our service to handle reporting of the email as SPAM to various SPAM directories from one location. This makes the process so much easier and ensures that others won't be affected by unwanted email as well.

The form below is setup for easy entry of details from email you receive. You will need to provide us with the headers of the email you have received so that it can be correctly handled by anti-SPAM sites.

You can find the header information through Microsoft Outlook or other email clients but using options to show this data. Then simply Cut & Paste that information into the form below, and that's it.

Finding Email Header information

You can get the header information in Microsoft Outlook by using the menus that are associated with the email you have received. Double click to open the email first into its own window, and then go to the 'View' menu and choose 'Options' as shown below:

Once you have selected Options, you'll get all the details on the email that you need. The key information you should copy and paste into the form below is in the 'Internet Headers'. This information can be selected by dragging the mouse over the text (holding down the mouse button), and once you have the entire header set selected, then Copy (CTRL-C) that data into your clipboard, so that its ready to past into the form below.
